A. Three things that have been done to ensure this building made a lesser impact on the environment are as follows.

1: Treatment and infiltration of storm water is to be done entirely onsite.

2: Those involved with this building will restore 97 percent of the degraded habitat.

3: Finally, there will be planting of native species that require no irrigation.

B.. Thirty-three percent of the total material costs for the project is for recycled materials; Eight percent is for reused materials.

C.Yes, there are efforts being made to try to cut down on people driving to the site. They include bus routes being extended to the building; bicycle parking and showers for cyclists being available; and a reduction of parking requirements.
