Real-Life Decision Making

You work for a small glass repair and replacement company. You're called out to a business that needs a window replaced. It's a large window on the third floor of the building.

Like most large windows, it has to be replaced from the outside. That means you'll have to use scaffolding. The problem is, the type of scaffolding you have is only sturdy to a height of two tiers, which is two storeys high. It would be risky to go higher.

You could hire professional scaffolders. They have scaffolding that can go much higher because it can be attached to the building for stability. They would be very expensive, however.

You could just turn down the job. You don't really want to lose the money, however.

What do you do?
