Alice

Site Review

Learn computer programming in a 3D environment. Created at Carnegie Mellon University, Alice is designed to be a student's first exposure to object-oriented programming. Using 3D graphics and a drag-and-drop interface, it tries to make students' first attempts at programming less frustrating.

With downloads for middle school, as well as high school and college, you'll learn basic programming concepts while creating animated movies and simple video games.
